Phase Two: Foundation
Core movement, communication, safety, medical response, situational awareness, and controlled stress exposure.

Phase Three: Applied Scenarios
Private exercises built around home, travel, field, vehicle, maritime, and public-space readiness without reckless escalation.

Phase Four: After Action
Every block closes with debriefs, corrective coaching, progression planning, and practical steps for ongoing readiness.
